Transition from JR to RC Depot to Dee Force Aviation

Konishi Mokei Co., Ltd had a long history of doing business with JR Propo. Konishi Mokei operated the RC Depot store in Noda-City, outside Tokyo, Konishi Mokei were one of the leading sales outlets for JR Propo products in Japan and had a large and loyal customer base of JR owners.

1. At the end of May 2016, JR PROPO stopped paying funds owing to Konishi Mokei Co., Ltd.
2. In July 2016, JR PROPO started to delay the repair services of all JR products.
3. In October 2016,I visited the JR PROPO office in Osaka and found that there were no more service staff remaining in the company, and at the same time most of the retail shops in Japan started to return merchandise to JR PROPO
4. In November 2016, we searched for a former service repair engineer who had left JR, found him and immediately hired him as a repair service representative at RC DEPOT to start our own repair service for JR products.
5. In End November 2016, Konishi Mokei made a contract license agreement with JR Propo to produce JR PROPO’s products, but without the drawings and software as they were mysteriously not available. Up till now we have had great difficulty to manufacturer some of the parts due to a lack of information. With some specialised parts we have not really made much progress but we continue to try our best.
6. At the end of November 2016, JR’s Malaysian factory Sanei Electronics Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. reached a critical cash flow situation since JR had stopped paying any bills from them since June 2016, I have negotiated to work together with the Sanei team to restart the manufacture of JR Products. The Project started.
7. In early December 2016, in order to rebirth the products, we have initially struggled without any software or drawings. But we found a few former JR engineers and immediately hired them to make everything from scratch again. At the same time, we visited many of the former JR suppliers, however they were hesitant to work with us because of the unpaid bills by JR PROPO.
8. In mid December 2016, after a long few weeks of negotiations, one of most important suppliers decided to give us a helping hand for our production.
9. In January 2017, there was news from outside giving us an offer to purchase a large portion of JR parts being held by unpaid Suppliers. We also started to negotiate with a former JR Heli supplier to obtain the series of FORZA helicopters. The Sylphide E12 project started.
10. In mid February 2017, we negotiated to purchase a portion of JR parts successfully from the Suppliers.
11. At the end February 2017, remade receivers and related parts successfully on both software and hardware side.
12. In April 2017 started to release newly made receivers to the market.
13. In mid April 2017 the RC DEPOT OUTLET”store specializing in JR Helicopter parts has been opened.
14. In May 2017, we recreated the NX series servo’s software. Successfully and immediately started to manufacturer NX series servos. New radio which employed the Aluminum Gimbals and with a colored front face of XG11. (XG11 RC DEPOT EDITION) has been released.
15. In June 2017, have started the R&D of a new project for a new series of receivers.
16. In mid July 2017, made a little modification to XG8 to release 14channel XG8+6
17. In August 2017, NX series with Brushless servo development was completed.
18. In October 2017, participated in Tucson Aerobatic Shootout, however we could not promote our brand by handing out original flyer nor having a banner at the site.
19. In November 2017, we moved the “RC DEPOT OUTLET SHOP” and merged it into our headquarter store in Izumi , Noda. At the same time we hired 3 more engineering specialists to develop a new transmitter as a major project.
20. In December 2017 , Sanei Electronics Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. moved to a new location in Johor, Malaysia.
21. December 26, 2017 JR PROPO has filed for bankruptcy. The management of JR PROPO have been referred to the Bankruptcy attorney.
22. Early January 2018 DA has announced the DA600PRO servo at the AMA show, which we have been developing with Desert Aircraft.
There was contact from the Bankruptcy attorney informing us that our license agreement to use the JR logo trade mark has been terminated due to bankruptcy of JR PROPO. However, we applied to Court via Bankruptcy attorney to extend our license agreement of JR PROPO brand logo marking until the end of February 2018. A Court judge immediately granted the extension considering our past results and history. Our license of the logo trade mark of “JR” or “JR PROPO” will expire on 28th of February 2018, Existing inventory is exempted from this expiry.

23. In End February 2018,
We are authorized by Japan Tele Communication Engineering Center that both the Transmitter module and Receiver module we use has been approved for Domestic market sales.

From March 1st 2018,
We will start our new brand “Dee Force Aviation”(DFA), to promote upper level JR compatible products. And we will continuously develop and release new products for the future. Kindly note again that we shall be selling remaining stock of JR product’s inventory so you will find this in some future deliveries.

In conclusion, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our valuable customers, consumers, friends , new Suppliers and supporters who have been helping us with their wishes or helping us financially.

Και κατι ακομα σαν JR ακιας και ηλεκτονικάκιας!! Αμα ανοιξει κανεις μια futaba απο πισω και συγκρινει με τις JR θα γελαει!!! Ειναι μακραν !!! Ανεκαθεν ηταν!
Οσο για το λογισμικό της ειναι αυτη που εθεσε τα στανταρ απλότητας και λογισμικού!Ειδικα ας αναλογιστούμε τις προηγουμενες δεκαετειες  το τι ταλαιπόργες....εβγαζε η futaba!
Ομως δυστυχώς η JR ειχε για πολλά χρόνια προβληματα διοικησης.Ιδρυθηκε το 1976 .Ηταν δυο αδερφια ιδιοκτητες....ο ενας μπηκε φυλακη....ειχαν θεματα γενικά.....Χαιρομαι που εζησα την χρυση της εποχη 1990 2010 πιστευω ηταν τοπ!! εχουν περασει κουτες απο τα χερια μου...κλαψ κλαψ...παλιες καλες εποχες!!μετα όλα εχουν ξεφυγει πλεον τεχνολογικα και κονταροχτυπιουνται!

Θέλω να πιστεύω ότι ο νέος ''ιδιοκτήτης'' θα καταφέρει να πάρει και το όνομα και θα
συνεχιστεί η παραγωγή και η εξέλιξη προϊόντων της JR. Ολα τα συστήματα FUTABA, JETI,
MULTIPLEX  είναι πάρα πολύ καλά, JR 28X δεν είναι με τίποτε!

We have finalized the logistical planning of the service center for Dee Force Aviation and would like to announce that starting on July, 1st 2018, it will be open for business. The service department will offer repairs on all Dee Force Aviation equipment, including warranty repairs. We will also have a full service phone line as well as an email address to help with troubleshooting and answer any other service related questions. We have set a very high quality staff in place to ensure the best service possible and our main priority is customer satisfaction. All repairs will be shipped to Champaign, IL and our hours of operation will be from 9am-5pm CST. We appreciate all of our valued customers and want to say thank you to all who have continuously supported us. We will do our best to diligently offer the service you deserve!
