Εξαιτίας της πολυπλοκότητας και της «ευαίσθητης» φύσης των μπαταριών LiPo, παρακαλούμε όπως διαβάσετε τα ακόλουθα πρίν ζητήσετε την αντικατάσταση μιας μπαταρίας Πρίν ζητήσετε αντικατάσταση έχετε στο μυαλό σας ότι: Ελέγχουμε την τάση κάθε μπαταρίας Lipo πριν την πώλησή της (ζητήστε μας να την μετρήσουμε και μπροστά σας). Είναι μια απλή διαδικασία που διαρκεί μερικά δευτερόλεπτα. Ακολουθώντας αυτή τη διαδικασία εξασφαλίζουμε την σωστή λειτουργία της μπαταρίας καθώς βλέπουμε επίσης ότι η τάση των στοιχείων της μπαταρίας δεν έχει μεγάλη απόκλιση. Αυτό βέβαια δεν μπορεί να αποκλείσει μερικά πακ μπαταριών που δεν είναι «μπαλανσαρισμένα» με ακρίβεια. 1) Μπορείτε να ζητήσετε την αντικατάσταση μιας μπαταρίας για «χαμηλή τάση / under voltage» την ίδια ημέρα που θα την παραλάβετε και πρίν την φορτίσετε ή της κάνετε κάποιο κύκλο στο φορτιστή. «Χαμηλή τάση / under voltage» σημαίνει ότι 1 ή περισσότερα στοιχεία της μπαταρίας έχουν τάση κάτω απο 3V ανα στοιχείο. Αν φορτίσετε ή κάνετε κάποιο κύκλο στη μπαταρία, δεν μπορείτε να ζητήσετε την αντικατάστασή της! 2) Δεν αντικαθιστούμε καμμένες μπαταρίες. Όλες οι μπαταρίες ελέγχονται πρίν την παράδοση/αποστολή, αν τύχει να συμβεί κάποιο βραχυκύκλωμα στο βύσμα του balance, θα συμβεί πριν την παράδοση/αποστολή. Επίσης οι καμμένες μπαταρίες είναι αδύνατον να ελεχθούν, οπότε δεν καλύπτονται απο εγγύηση. 3) Δεν καλύπουμε με εγγύηση μπαταρίες οι οποίες έχουν καταστραφεί μετά απο κάποια ζημιά/πτώση του μοντέλου σας. Αν οι μπαταρία έχει σημάδια απο πτώση δεν την αντικαθιστούμε. 4) Ποτέ μην αποσυναρμολογείτε την μπαταρία σας. Ανεξάρτητα απο τις ικανότητές σας ή τις γνώσεις σας, δεν θα αντικαθιστούμε καποια αποσυναρμολογημένη ή «ελεγμένη» απο εσάς μπαταρία. 5) Γρήγορη απώλεια χωρητικότητας. Αν τύχει και μια μπαταρία «αδειάζει» πιο γρήγορα απο το συνηθισμένο ή έχει σταθερή χωρητικότητα (δεν φορτίζει σωστά), θα σας παρακαλέσουμε να μας αναλύσετε τον λόγο για τον οποίο ισχυρίζεστε κάτι τέτοιο. Θα ελέγξουμε τη μπαταρία φορτίζοντας και αποφορτίζοντάς την στο εργαστήριο μας. Αν η μπαταρία έχει υποστεί σημαντική πτώση τάσης θα ελέγξουμε τα στοιχεία της μπαταρίας ένα-ένα φορτίζοντάς τα ξεχωριστά. Αυτό μπορεί να δείξει αν η μπαταρία έχει αποφορτιστεί περισσότερο απο το κανονικό. Μπαταρίες που έχουν αποφορτιστεί περισσότερο απο το κανονικό δεν αντικαθιστώνται. 6) Μπαταρίες που έχουν διαφορά μεταξύ των στοιχείων τους μικρότερη απο .245V δεν μπορούν να αντικατασταθούν. Παρακαλόυμε κάντε μια φόρτιση με «balancer» αν η μπαταρία σας δείχνει να μην έχει την ίδια τάση σε κάθε στοιχείο. 7) Κάθε μπαταρία* LiPo έχει όριο εγγύησης τις 30 ημέρες απο την ημερομηνία αγοράς της απο εμάς *Σε ορισμένες μπαταρίες LiPo ο χρόνος εγγύησης ίσως διαφέρει, θα σας ενημερώνουμε με κάθε αγορά σας. Κάποια μηνύματα του καταστήματος θα μεταφερθούν πάλι εδώ. Αμα σκέφτεστε να τον αγοράσετε ελάτε απο το κατάστημά μας στην Καλλιθέα (Γρυπάρη 131) να σας κάνουμε καλύτερη τιμή απο τον "Κινέζο" Να είστε σίγουρος ότι αν ήταν "φρέσκια" εισαγωγή η τιμή θα ήταν διαφορετική...
